Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management & Stock Control:
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering of required parts.
• Conduct regular stock audits to prevent shortages or excess inventory
• Warehouse & Storage Management:
• Organize and maintain systematic storage of parts for easy access.
• Ensure proper labeling and tracking of parts using inventory software.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the storage area.
• Service Support & Customer Interaction:
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians to provide the right parts on
  time.
• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct spare parts.
• Provide estimates on spare parts pricing and availability.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Follow Toyota’s standards for spare parts handling.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control regulations.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest Toyota parts and
  management techniques.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in spare parts handling or inventory management.
• Knowledge of automobile components and parts cataloging.
• Ability to use inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
