Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Spare Parts Officer to join our Toyota dealership. The
ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of automobile spare parts, inventory
management, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth operations in the service center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management & Stock Control:
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering of required parts.
- Conduct regular stock audits to prevent shortages or excess inventory
- Warehouse & Storage Management:
- Organize and maintain systematic storage of parts for easy access.
- Ensure proper labeling and tracking of parts using inventory software.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in the storage area.
- Service Support & Customer Interaction:
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to provide the right parts on
time. - Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct spare parts.
- Provide estimates on spare parts pricing and availability.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Follow Toyota’s standards for spare parts handling.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control regulations.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest Toyota parts and
management techniques.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in spare parts handling or inventory management.
- Knowledge of automobile components and parts cataloging.
- Ability to use inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
