Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer service history and prepare before appointment
- Conduct active reception, capture customer concerns, and perform preliminary diagnosis
- Recommend appropriate service products and repairs
- Provide cost and time estimates and obtain customer approval
- Convert customer concerns into technical job instructions
- Maintain transparency (e.g., video updates, vehicle status)
- Regularly update customers on service progress
- Coordinate with workshop to ensure timely completion
- Perform final inspection and confirm vehicle readiness
- Handle vehicle delivery and invoice explanation
- Collect customer feedback and perform post-service follow-up
- Use systems like eDealer, Digital Service Drive, and Xentry Portal
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
- Communication skills
- Customer Handling – Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and ability to build trust with customers
- Sales & Upselling Ability – Identify opportunities for additional services and effectively recommend solutions
- Technical Understanding – Basic diagnostic knowledge and ability to translate customer concerns into technical instructions
- Planning & Coordination – Strong organizational skills to manage workflow, timelines, and coordination with workshop teams
- Experience: 3-8 years of experience in the luxury automobile retail market
