Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Two-Wheeler Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling two-wheeler vehicles to individual customers, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom and explain features, specifications, and pricing of two-wheelers.
- Actively follow up on leads generated through various sources (digital, walk-ins, referrals).
- Conduct test rides and demonstrate vehicle functionality to potential buyers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with the finance department for loan processing and documentation.
- Assist customers in registration, insurance, and delivery process.
- Maintain CRM database and customer records for follow-up and repeat business.
- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and field sales when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 years of experience in automotive (preferably two-wheeler) sales.
- Freshers with a passion for sales and automobiles may also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
