Job Overview:

We are actively seeking a smart and dynamic individual to join RAAM Group as a Relationship Manager based in Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient sale of MG vehicles, with a primary focus on enhancing the customer experience and satisfaction throughout the sales process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving the assigned sales targets for a given period.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of various car models, features, and options to assist customers effectively.
  • Staying updated on competitor offerings, industry trends, and customer preferences.
  • Actively seeking and pursuing leads through various channels, such as walk-ins, phone calls, online inquiries, and events.
  • Effectively negotiating with customers to close deals that benefit both the dealership and the customer.
  • Ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation related to the sales process are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Upholding the dealership’s brand image and values while interacting with customers.
  • Participating in Field Sales Marketing events.
  • Coordinate with CRM, MIS & Accounts team for all customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or relevant experience in a related field.
  • Possession of a valid four-wheeler driving license.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and schedules.
  • Exceptional verbal and communication skills
