Job Overview:
We are actively seeking a smart and dynamic individual to join RAAM Group as a Relationship Manager based in Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient sale of MG vehicles, with a primary focus on enhancing the customer experience and satisfaction throughout the sales process
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving the assigned sales targets for a given period.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of various car models, features, and options to assist customers effectively.
- Staying updated on competitor offerings, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Actively seeking and pursuing leads through various channels, such as walk-ins, phone calls, online inquiries, and events.
- Effectively negotiating with customers to close deals that benefit both the dealership and the customer.
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation related to the sales process are completed accurately and promptly.
- Upholding the dealership’s brand image and values while interacting with customers.
- Participating in Field Sales Marketing events.
- Coordinate with CRM, MIS & Accounts team for all customer needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or relevant experience in a related field.
- Possession of a valid four-wheeler driving license.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and schedules.
