Job Overview:

  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI, corporate, and first-time luxury buyers
  •  Understand customer needs and provide personalized vehicle solutions
  •  Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
  • Represent the brand with a high level of professionalism and customer focus

 

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Manage and track sales pipeline and conversions
  •  Deliver personalized customer experiences based on preferences
  •  Coordinate with teams to ensure brand-aligned communication
  • Gather and use market intelligence for sales strategy
  • Plan and execute client engagement activities and events
  • Maintain and update customer database and records
  • Participate in and represent the dealership at events
  • Ensure smooth coordination across departments for customer touchpoints
  • Monitor and execute all steps in the sales process journey

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales / Marketing
  • MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
  • Communication skills
  • Customer Handling – Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and ability to build trust with customers
  • Sales & Upselling Ability – Identify opportunities for additional services and effectively recommend solutions
  • Technical Understanding – Basic diagnostic knowledge and ability to translate customer concerns into technical instructions
  • Planning & Coordination – Strong organizational skills to manage workflow, timelines, and coordination with workshop teams
  • Experience: 3-8 years of experience in the luxury automobile retail market
