Job Overview:
To Support new car sales by offering trade-in option to customers and also sales of used cars
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Keep work equipment up to date, doing the trade in calculations after given standards, maintenance of the stock presentation
- Check according to given standards: stock list, pricing, customer satisfaction, management by objectives, etc.
- Follow up and check the given standards, support the sales manager in realising the sales policy
- Control the internal/external process of reconditioning; keep spending in line with the calculation check the quality of reconditioning, watch time value of reconditioning in addition to average value of the used vehicle
Used Car Sales
- Conduct sales talks, conduct canvassing talks, make offers (incl. financial offers), accept orders, deliver the cars to customers, customer support after delivery
- Competitor analyses and target group analyses, support the sales manager in stock pricing
Qualifications:
- Basics: Commercial or technical education, sales experiences in the used or new car business
- Experience (type of): 2 years sales experiences in the used or new car business
- Specialized Knowledge: excellent communication and customer service skills, good appearance, flexible, excellent team player, compliant and faithful
