Job Overview:
As a Customer Relationship Executive, your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless and positive experience for customers, with a focus on delivering vehicles on time. Your role involves effective communication, coordination with various departments, and ensuring that customers receive their vehicles promptly and in optimal condition. You play a key part in building and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales, Stockyard teams to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Schedule delivery appointments and communicate delivery timelines to customers.
- Create a WhatsApp group for Seamless coordination between Customer, Sales & CRM team.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to update them on the status of their vehicle orders.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding delivery dates, documentation requirements, and any additional services.
- Gather feedback on the overall buying and delivery experience.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, including vehicle registration, insurance, and ownership documentation, is prepared and completed accurately.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections to verify the condition of the vehicle, ensuring it meets dealership standards and customer expectations.
- Address any cosmetic issues or concerns before delivery.
- Answer any questions customers may have and ensure they are comfortable with their new vehicle.
- Address any issues or delays in the delivery process promptly and proactively.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve challenges and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and personalized service.
- Anticipate and address customer needs to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with automotive systems and features is advantageous.
- Proficient in using computerized systems for documentation and communication.
