Job Overview:

You will lead a special project and create a new segment in used cars. You will get periodic mentorship from the leadership team and founders. Key Responsibilities:

• Share the P&L responsibility for 2 of the group companies
• Play a key role in strategizing with the leadership team
• Challenge the status quo: push for constant improvement in ops
• Help refine and track KPIs, build dashboards, and create better visibility
• Support the group’s initiatives in marketing, funding, and recruitment
• Improve and refine company culture, fostering a culture of excellence and harmony

• 2+ years’ experience post MBA, preferably in a demanding ops or leadership role
