Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Below-the-Line (BTL) Marketing Executive to support our field-level marketing and promotional activities in Toyota dealership.. The ideal candidate will plan and execute localized, targeted campaigns to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and drive dealership footfall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Execute BTL Campaigns: Design and implement BTL marketing activities such as road shows, mall activations, RWA (residential welfare association) activities, test drive events, dealership-level promotions, and local sponsorships.
- Lead Generation: Strategically drive customer engagement to generate quality leads through targeted offline campaigns.
- Event Coordination: Manage logistics, vendors, and staff for on-ground activations; ensure timely setup, execution, and teardown.
- Dealer Support: Collaborate with dealerships to execute hyper local marketing strategies and ensure brand compliance in promotional activities.
- Market Research: Gather customer insights and competitor intelligence through on ground surveys and interactions.
- Brand Visibility: Increase presence in targeted geographies via flyers, standees, hoardings, local media, and branding collateral.
- Reporting: Track ROI of all BTL campaigns and provides timely performance reports to the marketing team.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines and maintain high execution standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in BTL marketing, preferably in the automobile industry or FMCG/retail.
- Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of local markets and customer behaviour.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work weekends or extended hours during events.
