Job Overview:
- Maintain efficient inventory control

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and stock levels of spare parts
- Process parts ordering, receiving, and storage
- Issue parts to workshop as per job requirements
- Maintain accurate records in systems (ERP / dealer management systems)
- Identify and track fast-moving and non-moving parts
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Ensure genuine parts usage and proper documentation
- Handle returns, warranty parts, and discrepancies
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Support stock audits and reporting
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile / Mechanical
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in automobile spare parts / warehouse / inventory management
Freshers are considered with Diploma.
Required Skills
- Inventory Management – Strong ability to manage stock levels, ordering, and storage efficiently
- Technical Parts Knowledge – Understanding of automobile spare parts and catalog systems
- Attention to Detail – Accuracy in documentation, billing, and stock tracking
- Coordination & Communication – Ability to work with workshop teams, vendors, and service advisors
