Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Two-Wheeler Technician to join our service team. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing two-wheelers, including scooters and motorcycles. The role demands strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine service, general maintenance, and mechanical/electrical repairs on two-wheelers.
- Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
- Conduct test rides to identify operational issues and verify repairs.
- Tune engines, adjust brakes, clutches, chains, suspensions, and other mechanical parts.
- Repair or replace faulty parts like carburetors, spark plugs, clutch plates, brake pads, bearings, etc.
- Maintain accurate job cards and service records.
- Keep tools and workshop area clean, safe, and organized.
- Coordinate with the service advisor or manager for parts requirements and work timelines.
- Follow safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or related field.
- 1 years of hands-on experience in two-wheeler servicing and repairs.
- Knowledge of various brands and models of motorcycles and scooters (Bajaj, Hero, Honda, TVS, etc.).
- Good understanding of engine repair, suspension, transmission, and electrical systems.
- Ability to use hand tools, lifting equipment, and diagnostic tools.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is a must.
