Job Overview:
We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage inbound and outbound calls, handle customer queries, and follow up on leads. The ideal candidate should be polite, persuasive, and customer-focused, with the ability to communicate effectively and build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers for follow-ups, feedback, renewals, service reminders, or product promotions.
- Receive and manage inbound customer queries, providing accurate information and timely solutions.
- Generate leads for sales or service based on customer interaction and record details in the CRM system.
- Update customer records with relevant information and maintain proper call logs.
- Promote company products or services, such as annual maintenance contracts, extended warranties, insurance renewals, etc.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Share periodic reports on call performance and customer feedback with the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or outbound sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language(s).
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM/data entry systems.
- Polite, confident, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
