Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive for Electric Two-Wheelers to join our team. As part of the growing EV industry, the candidate will play a key role in promoting sustainable mobility solutions, delivering an excellent customer experience, and achieving sales targets. The role includes guiding customers through the selection, purchase, and delivery of electric scooters or bikes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome walk-in customers and understand their requirements regarding electric two-wheelers.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, battery technology, range, and maintenance of electric vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test rides to showcase performance and ease of use.
- Proactively follow up with leads from online, offline, and referral sources.
- Explain pricing, government subsidies (FAME II or state subsidies), EMI/finance options, and post-sale support.
- Coordinate with the finance team and assist customers with loan and registration processes.
- Track and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Stay updated on new EV models, charging infrastructure, and market trends.
- Participate in local promotional activities, roadshows, and EV awareness campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass; a graduate degree is preferred.
- 1 years of experience in automotive or EV sales preferred; freshers with interest in EVs are welcome.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Interest or knowledge in electric vehicles and sustainability is a plus.
- Basic understanding of battery, charging, and EV-related terms.
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM software.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
